Note: For safety and better user experience purposes, ZamPass Authentication Service uses session cookie in order to provide a facility called “Single-Sign-On”. For example, if the user registers/authenticates on a Governmental portal through ZamPass and then, in the same browser, opens a new tab and accesses another portal that requires authentication through ZamPass, the user is automatically recognized and allowed to access the second portal as already authenticated, without being required to authenticate again, facility that wouldn’t be possible without using cookies.
